What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in starts at 15:00 (3 PM) and check-out is by 12:00 (noon), unless otherwise agreed.

Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is included with the glamping tents and the tree accommodation. Please check the accommodation description for details.

Are bed linen and towels included?

Bed linen is included in the accommodation. Guests are kindly asked to bring their own towels.

Can I bring my pet?

Pets are welcome in all of our accommodations.

Where can we park our car?

Parking is available in the designated parking area on the property. From there it is a short walk to the accommodation and activity area.

Are there toilets and washing facilities available?

Yes. Toilet facilities are available on the property. Some accommodations also include their own sauna.

Do I need previous experience for kayaking or SUP boarding?

No previous experience is required for most activities. The equipment is beginner-friendly, but basic water safety and swimming skills are recommended.

Are life jackets included with the rental equipment?

Yes, life jackets are available and we recommend wearing one when using any water equipment.

Can we make a campfire?

Campfires are allowed only in the designated fire pit area and must always be supervised. Campfires are not allowed during official forest fire warnings.

Are there mosquitoes in the summer?

As in most natural areas in Finland, mosquitoes can be present during summer, especially in the evening. Bringing mosquito repellent is recommended.

Is there phone signal in the area?

Mobile coverage is generally available, but it may vary depending on your operator.
